Using Lusca

Lusca is an e-commerce operations assistant for merchants who want to connect store and marketing data to ChatGPT. You must have permission to connect and manage any account or store you authorize.

Human approval

Lusca may prepare recommendations for catalog, feed, inventory or advertising changes. You are responsible for reviewing recommendations before approval. No business-changing action should be treated as final until it has been explicitly approved by an authorized user.

Lusca does not guarantee that a recommendation will be profitable, error-free or suitable for every merchant context. Merchants remain responsible for final business decisions.

Shopify access

You must have authority to install Lusca on the Shopify store you connect. If you revoke Shopify permissions or uninstall the app, Lusca may no longer be able to answer requests that depend on Shopify data.

Google access

You must have authority to connect any Google Ads, Merchant Center, Search Console or Google Analytics account/property to Lusca. The Google account used for one provider can differ from the account used for another provider, but it must have access to the selected account or property.

Google Ads changes, when available, require explicit approval by an authorized user before execution. Connecting Google does not automatically change campaigns, product feeds, Search Console settings or Google Analytics settings.

Service availability

Lusca is provided for operational assistance and review. Connected services, APIs and account permissions can change, expire or become unavailable. Lusca may return partial results when a provider is disconnected or unavailable.

Billing

During the Shopify review and initial beta period, Lusca is offered without charge and does not bill merchants outside Shopify. If paid Shopify plans are introduced later, merchant charges will be handled through Shopify billing according to the plan shown before approval.
